AVOID! Deposit not refunded despite stating it has been. Just tells you to check with your bank but then won't pick up when you say you need further information to do so.

My daughter is obsessed with Peter Rabbit so I knew I had to book when I saw the Easter experience advertised. She absolutely loved meeting Peter! There were lots of cuddles and high 5s and plenty of pictures, ice cream at the end was a bonus! Will definitely book again!

Amazing experience for a great price, for £8 per child the stich visited in his ice cream van the music played as he arrived outside. We then had a dance, some photos and a ice cream with stitch .

Great Communication from the moment of enquiring. Amazing value for money! Paying only £8 per child, we booked for The Grinch to come and he came via ice cream van, kids got a choice of ice cream and a quality wrapped present each. Grinch danced and played with kids, getting them all involved. Lady doing the ice cream asked what they each wanted for Christmas etc and orangised it all really well. We were given plenty of time for photo opportunities and it all ran smoothly. I'd recommend booking for when your in all day, as your only given a rough time (understandably) but I was orginally out when they first arrived, missing them (apologies again) However they did come back when I was home around half hour later. Can't fault their service and will be looking to booking again next year! Boys loved it.
